Rajeev Nayyar

Rajeev Nayyar is a PropTech entrepreneur best known as the founder of Fixflo, the award-winning repairs and maintenance platform used by letting agents and housing providers across the UK and internationally. Originally trained as a real estate solicitor, Rajeev launched Fixflo after experiencing first-hand the frustrations of property maintenance both as a landlord in the UK and a tenant in New Zealand. Following the successful sale of Fixflo to Aareon in 2021, he went on to lead Aareon’s UK businesses before becoming CEO of self-storage software provider Space Manager. Rajeev has also advised and invested in multiple PropTech businesses and remains deeply involved in the evolution of the UK property sector. His latest venture, MarketRent, is focused on helping agents navigate the operational challenges created by the Renter’s Rights Act through structured, evidence-led rent review workflows.
