Sarka Wilde is an entrepreneur, leadership coach & business strategist known across the property industry for her work around resilience, mindset and personal development. Alongside running multiple businesses, Sarka has built a reputation for helping individuals and organisations navigate growth, pressure and change through a combination of commercial experience and psychological insight. Originally from the Czech Republic and now based in the UK, she is also an experienced endurance adventurer, regularly taking on extreme physical challenges to push herself both mentally and physically. Sarka attempted to summit Aconcagua, the highest mountain outside Asia, raising more than £25,000 for the Propertymark Trust in the process. Although the expedition ended in a medical evacuation after she developed acute pulmonary oedema at altitude, the experience has become a powerful platform for conversations around resilience, recovery and the psychology of failure and survival.
