Beginning her career in lettings before moving into recruitment, Nicola founded Broomham Recruitment in 2020, rapidly establishing it as one of the UK's leading specialist property recruitment businesses. After winning multiple industry awards, including EA Masters Supplier of the Year, she successfully sold the business before taking time away from the industry to focus on her health and family. Returning with a fresh perspective, Nicola co-founded 2.0 Group alongside her husband, Paul, combining recruitment, consultancy and strategic business support for estate and letting agencies.
