Paul Broomham is the Co-Founder of 2.0 Group and a highly respected business leader with more than 25 years' experience in residential property. Having begun his career with Romans, Paul went on to hold senior leadership positions with Jones Robinson, The & Co. Group and Lomond, leading business growth, acquisitions, operational strategy and large multi-office teams across the UK. Known for combining commercial expertise with a people-first leadership style, Paul has extensive experience helping agencies scale sustainably while maintaining strong customer and team cultures. In 2025, he joined forces with his wife Nicola to launch 2.0 Group, providing consultancy, mentoring and strategic support to businesses looking to navigate their own next chapter. His passion lies in helping leaders build stronger businesses without losing sight of the people at the heart of them.
