SJ is an industry leader with more than 20 years’ experience across agency, operations & technology.
After starting as a junior negotiator with Countrywide, SJ went on to play a key role in the growth of Preston Baker, working across sales before taking responsibility for a lettings operation that required significant operational and cultural change. Her experience of rebuilding processes, developing teams and managing complex customer relationships gave her a deep understanding of where traditional agency systems often hold businesses back.
SJ is now part of Greenhouse OS, a CRM built for agents who want greater flexibility, smarter automation and the freedom to innovate.
Known for her practical, direct approach, SJ is passionate about better training, stronger implementation and using AI to remove repetitive work so people can focus on the parts of agency where they add the greatest value: relationships, advice, negotiation and trust.
