Sam Olliver
Sam Olliver has spent almost 25 years working in residential property, beginning his agency career at just 16 before moving into lettings, property management and operational leadership.
He spent nearly two decades with Michael Jones, experiencing the business grow from a relatively small independent into a major regional agency and, following its acquisition, becoming part of the rapidly expanding Lomond group. During that time Sam worked across property management and regional leadership, gaining extensive experience of growth, centralisation, technology implementation, team management and operational change.
Having stepped away from agency, Sam has now launched Olliver, working with property businesses to review their people, processes, technology and customer journeys and identify where changes can make life easier for the business, its team and its clients.
