Verona Frankish is the Chief Executive Officer of Yopa and Chair of Women in Estate Agency (WIEA). With a career spanning retail, financial services and property, Verona has built a reputation as an authentic and values-led leader who champions collaboration, innovation and personal growth. Before joining Yopa, she held senior leadership roles at Mortgage Advice Bureau & Purplebricks, developing extensive experience across mortgages, conveyancing, lettings and business transformation. Alongside her role at Yopa, Verona has played a pivotal part in the growth of WIEA, helping transform it from a grassroots community into one of the property industry's most influential movements, empowering hundreds of women through networking, leadership development and confidence-building. She is widely recognised for her honest approach to leadership, her commitment to psychological safety & her belief that the best leaders create opportunities for others to succeed.
